At Cat’s Core, we believe your body is like a beautiful, one-of-a-kind quilt—woven from experience, resilience, and potential. And sometimes, it just needs a little re-stitching to move with strength, grace, and flow again. That’s where we begin.
This isn’t a big-box studio packed with machines and impersonal instruction. We keep things intentionally small and soulful—so you’re never just another face in the crowd. Each class is personal, paced with care, and designed to meet you right where you are.

Founder and instructor Cat brings over a decade of Pilates practice—and a lifetime of lifting others up. Her style blends classical foundations with contemporary flair, mixing soulful structure with playful twists that make movement feel fresh, empowering, and even fun.
